Fearless Scrum Board for Jira
Support
Private pilot · Public Marketplace release not yet approved. Public Marketplace approval is not complete. These instructions describe the current production UI, version 2.10.0.
For pilot help, email jimi@fearlessagility.com.
Explain what you were trying to do, what happened, the exact error message, and the date/time with timezone. Include the browser, project and Sprint involved where useful, without including confidential issue content. Say whether Refresh changed the result.
Redact screenshots. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, signed installation links, or complete data exports in an initial email. For a privacy or security concern, describe the issue briefly and ask how to provide details securely.
Common questions
I cannot see the app or project. Ask the site/project administrator to check installation and project access. A copied board URL does not grant permission.
The board or Sprint is ambiguous. Ask the administrator to check that exactly one eligible board and one selectable Sprint resolve. Do not delete existing work to remove an error message.
My teammate's change is missing. Select Refresh. For rejected edits, preserve the draft, inspect the latest saved content, and resolve the difference deliberately.
An action is unavailable. Read the message and check Jira permissions. After an uncertain operation, Refresh and inspect its result before repeating it. A permanently erased app scope remains sealed.
Does moving a task change the Jira issue's status? No. Shared app task state and Jira issue status are different records.
Can we install on another site now? Contact us about an approved controlled pilot route. Public Marketplace approval is not complete. Isolated staging installation checks do not establish general public installation availability; do not use an old developer-console installation link.
Privacy and destructive actions
See the current privacy page. App-owned persisted state is held in Atlassian Forge storage; Jira remains authoritative for Jira-owned work. Older app revisions may remain after visible content changes.
Trim the Tail permanently deletes selected Jira issues. App-data erasure separately scrubs and permanently seals the selected app scope. Neither should be used casually as a cleanup shortcut.
