Our website

We use information you choose to send us, such as a workshop inquiry or registration, to respond and provide that service. Workshop registration and payment details are handled through the checkout shown on the relevant page. On the production website, Google Analytics measures page use and workshop-link interactions; we do not send registration form answers in those analytics events.

Fearless Virtual Team Room for Jira

This is a Jira Forge app. It uses your Atlassian identity and Jira project, issue, Sprint, and backlog information only to show the Team Room and carry out the actions you choose. It uses app interaction data, such as the Product Goal, Definition of Done, and shared tasks, to keep that work visible to authorized teammates.

App-owned persisted state is stored in Atlassian Forge-hosted storage. Jira remains the source of record for Jira issues, Sprint Goals, and Sprint membership. The current app manifest declares Jira and Forge storage permissions; it declares no external remotes or egress permissions. The Team Room does not send its app-owned data to a separate Fearless server or a third-party analytics service.

Access and security

The app uses Atlassian sign-in and checks the current user's Jira project access before reading or changing its shared Forge-stored data. Jira permissions also govern Jira-backed actions. The app runs on Atlassian's hosted Forge platform, and this website is delivered over HTTPS.

Retention and requests

The Team Room keeps current state and revision records in Forge storage so shared edits, conflicts, and safe retries work. Older revisions may remain after visible content changes. We do not publish a fixed retention period for this app. Jira administrators manage Jira records; Atlassian manages its hosted storage lifecycle, including after an app uninstall.
