Bring your Product Goal, Definition of Done, Jira Sprint forecast and shared task plan together to support focused team conversations.

Plan around a shared goal

Enter the Product Goal and Definition of Done manually. Use Add to Sprint to add eligible Product Backlog Items to the selected Sprint, and Save Sprint Goal to update Jira's actual Sprint Goal. Remove from Sprint removes membership without deleting the Jira issue.

Coordinate shared tasks

Create shared app tasks beneath a selected Product Backlog Item and move them through To Do, Doing and Done. Tasks are not Jira subtasks; moving a task does not change the parent Jira issue's status. Select Refresh to see teammates' saved changes. There is no automatic real-time synchronization.

Check access and context

The project must resolve to one accessible, eligible Sprint-capable board and an unambiguous active or future Sprint. Jira permissions, board filters and issue security govern Jira-backed work. Ordinary access requires Browse Projects; administrator export and erasure also require Administer Projects.

Understand destructive actions

Warning: Trim the Tail permanently deletes selected underlying Jira issues. It is not archiving or removal from a Sprint. Review each selected issue and cancel unless deletion is intended and authorized.

Warning: Administrator app-data erasure permanently seals the selected scope against future writes. It is not a reset. Export is available before erasure. This separate control does not delete Jira-owned issues or Sprint Goals.

Current boundaries

No AI integration, automated Product Forge import or retrospective integration is included. The user guide describes the current controls, manual Refresh, conflict handling and administrator export and erasure. Public Marketplace release is not yet approved.
