Upon successful completion of the course, attendees are eligible to earn their Scrum Alliance CSM Certificate by sitting for the online CSM exam provided by the Scrum Alliance.

Expectations:
In Jimi’s virtual workshops, participants are expected to fully engage using Zoom and MIRO on a desktop or laptop (a mobile phone may also be needed, depending on bandwidth).
To create a supportive and effective learning environment, all attendees must arrive on time (no more than 15 minutes late), participate with an open mind, and treat everyone with kindness, support, and respect.
Attendance is critical—participants may not miss more than 45 minutes of content. Those who do not meet these expectations on Day 1 will not be permitted to continue on.
