The Fearless Agility CSM+CAF is a 4-Day intensive introduction to the principles, practices, values, and mechanics of Scrum. Expectations:
To ensure a high-quality, inclusive experience, all participants in Jimi’s workshop are expected to fully engage using Zoom and MIRO on a desktop or laptop (a mobile phone may also be needed depending on your internet bandwidth). You must be on time (no more than 15 minutes late) and may not miss more than 45 minutes of content across both days of the workshop. This highly interactive course depends on the energy and contributions of each participant, so please come with an open mind, a willingness to actively participate, and a commitment to being kind, supportive, and respectful to everyone in the space. Participants who do not meet these expectations on Day 1 will not be permitted to continue on.
